Sometime simple food is the best food. This healthy salad took me exactly 3 minutes to make. Simply wash and slice tomatoes and peppers. Top with crumbled feta (I used light feta which is the only light cheese I can tolerate), olive oil, salt and pepper.
Done and Delicious.
