Five Ingredient Miso Chicken

Miso Chicken

I love dinners that I can prep in the morning before work then pop on the grill when I get home.  I also love a quick prep in the morning. Winner winner chicken dinner! This recipe has both going for it.  Five simple ingredients transform boring chicken into flavorful juicy zesty chicken.  I usually double this recipe and take leftovers for lunch all week long.  I use the chicken to top salads or make chicken wraps. It tastes great hot or cold. Seriously, this chicken is like the swiss army knife of the poultry world.  Who doesn’t love versatile chicken?

I made this tonight (after marinating the chicken for 24 hours)… it was excellent! Love the simplicity and that there’s no added salt. Served it with steamed rice and sautéed baby bok choy. My family loved it! Thank you for this delicious recipe.
